The terms of using All Here.
Effective 11 October 2026.
Welcome to allhere.au (the Site). The All Here platform, website and app (together, the Platform) are owned and operated by Moonlight Mile Projects Pty Ltd (ABN 79 689 930 694; ACN 689 930 694) trading as All Here (referred to in these terms as All Here, we, us and our). Please read these terms, which apply to your access to and use of the Platform and to your subscription (these Terms). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, apply to all visitors, members, subscribers and anyone given access to a member's record (you, your).
About All Here
- All Here is a private record-keeping and visualisation tool. You enter your own information about what you own, owe and hold across your structures, for example discretionary trusts, SMSFs, corporate trustees, companies and personal names. The Platform organises that information, tracks it over time and lets you share it with people you choose.
- The Platform is read-only in nature. It does not hold, move or transact money, it does not connect to your bank or any institution to pull balances, and it does not apply for, acquire, issue, vary or dispose of any financial product. Every figure in your record is entered by you or calculated from what you enter. Where you enter an amount in a foreign currency, we convert it to Australian dollars using a published exchange rate recorded at the time you save, and we show you that rate.
- All Here is not a financial adviser, accountant, tax agent or lawyer. The Platform does not give financial, tax or legal advice. Nothing in it is a recommendation or a statement of opinion about any financial product, or about any course of action. What the Platform provides is general information and tools to help you organise and understand your own information.
- All Here does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence and does not provide a financial service. If you want advice about your financial position or about any financial product, please speak to a licensed professional.
- Future features. If we introduce optional features that source information from third parties, such as bank balance syncing, property value data or listed share prices, we will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy to describe them before they are released, and we will give you notice before the change takes effect.
Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, or by clicking Agree, Accept, Buy or a similar option, you accept these Terms. In doing so you warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, have read and accepted these Terms and will comply with them. If you are given access to another member's record and you accept that access, you also accept these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms from time to time, consistent with applicable laws, by posting the revised version on the Site. Where a change is material, or increases your obligations or reduces your rights, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel your subscription before that date if you do not accept the change. Other changes take effect when posted. Please review these Terms from time to time. If you do not accept a change, you should stop using the Platform.
Your account and security
- To use the Platform you register an account and give accurate information, including your name and a valid email address. You must be at least 18 years old, and you must keep your information up to date.
- Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider. Two-factor sign-in is required on every account, and on each new device or browser. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs on your account. All Here does not store your password or your two-factor secrets.
- We may suspend or cancel your account if you breach these Terms or any law, or where your conduct threatens the security or integrity of the Platform or other users.
Plans, subscription and payment
- All Here is a paid subscription. We offer a Personal plan for one user and a Household plan for two users with a shared view, and you can choose to pay monthly or yearly. Current plans, features and prices are shown on our website and at checkout.
- Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. We may change our prices from time to time. If a price change affects your subscription, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before the renewal if you do not wish to continue at the new price.
- Billing is handled by our payment provider, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel, and you authorise us, through our payment provider, to charge your nominated payment method for each renewal. Please keep your billing details up to date. If a payment fails or is declined, we may suspend or remove your access until payment is made.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your subscription lapses and your access is removed automatically. Cancellation does not, on its own, delete your data. How we handle your data after your subscription ends is set out below, under Deleting your data and closing your account.
Refunds and your consumer rights
- Change of mind. We do not give a refund simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are set out below.
- If you cancel an annual plan part way through, your access continues until the end of the annual period you have paid for, and then lapses. We do not refund the unused part of an annual plan, except where the law requires us to.
- Not sure about committing for a year? If you would rather not commit for a full year, we recommend starting on a monthly plan. You can move to an annual plan whenever you like.
- Our services come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights, and where a guarantee is not met you may be entitled to a remedy.
What you put into All Here
- You enter structured information into the Platform, including your assets, liabilities, entities, ownership, property details, capital improvements and contact details. You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping it accurate. The Platform organises and displays the figures you enter and relies on them.
- The Platform stores structured data only. It does not store uploaded property documents such as title deeds or contracts.
- Information about other people. You may enter personal information about people who are not members, such as the name and contact details of your accountant, solicitor or property manager, or details of household and family members. If you do, you must only enter information that is reasonably necessary for keeping your record, and you must be entitled to provide it to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information about people who are not members, and you should let those people know their details are stored in your record.
Property values and valuations
You enter property values yourself. Where the Platform points you to third-party valuation sources, for example a recent lender valuation, comparable sales, a buyer's agent estimate or a paid valuation, it does so for general information only. The Platform does not supply, generate or endorse any valuation figure. You are responsible for the figures you choose to enter.
Snapshots and trends
On or about the last day of each month (Sydney time), the Platform automatically saves a snapshot of the information you have entered, so it can show trends over time. The 30 June snapshot is the same automatic capture, taken at the end of the Australian financial year. A snapshot creates no new information. It is a copy of your own figures at a point in time, and it remains your data.
Ask All Here, and the modelling tools
- The Platform includes an AI feature, Ask All Here, and simple scenario modelling. These explain and calculate using the figures you have entered. They are tools to help you understand your own information.
- They do not give financial, tax or legal advice, and they do not make any recommendation or give any opinion about any financial product or any course of action. Ask All Here provides factual answers and explanations about your own saved information and the figures the Platform has already calculated. The output of any modelling tool that relates to a financial product is limited to the numerical result of a calculation and a plain description of that result, and the modelling tools do not provide superannuation projections or estimates.
- Any modelling, projection or estimate is general in nature and is based on assumptions that you can change. It is not a forecast, a guarantee or a recommendation. The assumptions used are shown to you and are intended to be reasonable. If the Platform offers a modelling tool that relates to a financial product, and that tool produces an estimate of an amount payable two or more years in the future, it will also show you the present value of that estimate.
- You should not rely on these tools to make a decision about a financial product. You should consider obtaining advice from a licensed financial adviser before making any financial decision.
Sharing your record
- Your record is private by default. Nobody else can see it unless you choose to share it.
- Sharing is consent-based and two-sided. You consent by inviting or nominating a person inside the Platform. They consent when they accept. When a person accepts access to your record, they also agree to these Terms.
- Household sharing is available now. Adviser sharing, and an executor or nominee access mode, are planned and not yet available. When released, they will be subject to these Terms, or to updated terms, and to the same two-sided consent model. Adviser access will be read-only.
- You can ask us to remove access you have granted at any time. If you give someone access, that is your decision and you are responsible for it. A person who is given access must use the information only for the purpose for which it was shared, must keep it confidential and must not use it in breach of these Terms or any law.
- For any executor or nominee access, access will be granted only after the verification we require, for example confirmation from a solicitor or review of a death certificate.
Your data, privacy and where it is stored
- How we collect, use and disclose your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and can be accessed at allhere.au/privacy. By using the Platform, you consent to the handling of your information described there.
- Your core record is hosted in Australia. Some supporting third-party services we use operate outside Australia. Those services, and the cross-border disclosures involved, including information sent to our AI provider, are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you consent to those disclosures as set out in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting your data and closing your account
- You can delete individual records at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and the information associated with it.
- When you close your account, we remove access to your record for you and anyone you shared it with. We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy or as the law requires, and then we delete or de-identify it. If your subscription ends without you closing your account, your record stays as it is so you can continue if you subscribe again, and you can close your account at any time.
- We keep the financial and transaction records connected with your subscription, such as your billing details, invoices and payment records, for 7 years. This is to meet our obligations under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and tax law. We hold that information only for those purposes, and then we destroy or de-identify it.
- We keep an append-only audit log of changes to your record for security and integrity. Where an audit entry forms part of our financial records, we keep it for 7 years; otherwise we keep it only for as long as we reasonably need it for security and legal compliance.
Our intellectual property and your licence to use the Platform
- The Platform and its content, including software, trade marks, designs, text, graphics and other materials, are owned by us or by third parties who license them to us. Your access to and use of the Platform does not transfer any right, title or interest in them to you.
- We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal use while your subscription is active. The information you enter remains yours.
- You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, distribute or commercially exploit the Platform or its content, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. You also must not use any automated means, such as scraping, crawling or data mining, to extract content from the Platform, and you must not use the Platform or its content to develop, train or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, or to build a competing product or service. This does not stop you accessing, using or obtaining a copy of the information you have entered, which remains yours.
Links to other websites
The Platform may link to sites operated by third parties. Unless we say otherwise, we do not endorse, control or approve those sites and we are not responsible for their content. It is up to you to decide whether they are suitable for you.
Google Maps. Property images in the Platform are provided by Google Street View. Your use of that content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service (https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Electronic communications and signatures
You agree to be bound by any acceptance or agreement you transmit through the Platform, including consent to receive communications from us electronically. When you click or tick I agree, I consent or a similar option, your agreement is legally binding and is as effective as if you had signed by hand.
Our communications with you
We send essential account and service messages about your subscription and the Platform. These are not marketing and will continue while you have an account. We send product updates and marketing only where you have consented, and you can unsubscribe from those at any time. Our handling of your contact details and your communication preferences is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, interfere with or attempt to hack the Platform, introduce malicious code, infringe anyone's rights, send unsolicited promotional material or do anything that affects the performance or security of the Platform or other users.
Warranties and disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties that the Platform or its content are suitable, reliable, complete, secure, accurate or fit for any particular purpose, that access will be uninterrupted or free of harmful components or that no data will be lost. This clause does not exclude any consumer guarantee or other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss or expense, however arising, including any indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profit or loss or damage to property, arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, or any inaccurate or out-of-date content. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, however arising, is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability.
Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us and our related entities, and our and their officers, agents and employees, against any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable legal costs, to the extent it arises from your use of the Platform in breach of these Terms, your breach of these Terms or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party. Your liability under this indemnity is reduced to the extent that our acts or omissions caused or contributed to the loss.
Feedback, complaints and disputes
- We want you to be happy with the Platform. If you have a concern, please contact us at support@allhere.au with your name, your email address and details of the concern and what you would like us to do. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days, and we will let you know if we need longer.
- If a dispute between us cannot be resolved directly, either of us may refer it to mediation administered by the Resolution Institute in accordance with its Mediation Rules, with the costs of the mediator shared equally. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of referral to mediation, either of us may commence court proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents either of us from seeking urgent interlocutory relief at any time, and nothing in it limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Suspension, breach and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or any law.
Ending the service. We may end your subscription, or stop providing the Platform altogether, at any time and for any reason, by giving you at least one month's notice by email. If we do, your access continues until the notice period ends, we refund the part of any amount you have paid in advance that covers the period after your access ends and you will have a reasonable opportunity to obtain a copy of the information you have entered before your access ends. You can end your subscription at any time as described under Cancelling your subscription.
On termination for any reason, all disclaimers, limitations of liability and the indemnity in these Terms survive, and you will no longer be authorised to access the Platform. The section on deleting your data sets out what happens to your data.
General
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, it will be read down or severed so that the rest of these Terms remains in force.
- Events outside our control. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform these Terms caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, such as an outage of a third-party service we rely on, a natural disaster or a government action. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right under these Terms straight away, we have not given it up and we may still enforce it later.
- Assignment. We may assign, novate or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent in connection with a sale, transfer or restructure of our business, or otherwise where your rights under these Terms are not materially prejudiced. We will notify you of any assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about your use of the Platform and replace any earlier understanding.
- Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each of us submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
